Scot Pearce
Group CEO & Business Development Manager
Scot brings over 29 years of industry experience to the helm of Water To Waste Plumbing & Drainage, providing strong leadership and long-term vision for the business and its people. Under his direction, WTW has grown from a one-man operation into the well-respected West Auckland Plumbing machine it is today; with a reputation for reliability, quality, and innovation.
Scot splits his time across the WTW group of companies (West Auckland and Kumeu Branches) and several governance roles (Master Plumbers NZ, Business West, BNi NZ) within the trade and business communities. He’s also been an active and respected member of BNi in West Auckland for over 17 years, with networking playing a key role in WTW’s continued success.
A natural connector and big-picture thinker, Scot’s commitment to excellence and industry development continues to steer Water To Waste Plumbing & Drainage in West Auckland, Kumeu and beyond.
Royce Parker
Group Training & Projects Manager
Royce, a Certifying Plumber and brother to founder Scot Pearce, has been a key part of the Water To Waste journey for over 13 years. With decades of on-the-tools experience under his belt, Royce has played a vital role in growing the business from the ground up; both in capability and culture.
Royce leads the charge on major projects across Auckland, ensuring every job meets WTW’s high standards of workmanship and efficiency. His calm, methodical approach makes him a go-to for complex work, and a trusted mentor to the next generation of plumbers. Over the years, he’s helped develop numerous trade assistants into qualified professionals, who have gone on to be leaders in their own right.
Known on-site for his cheeky sense of humour and unwavering work ethic, Royce is also a diehard Blues Rugby fan; proudly wearing the jersey after 30 years of loyalty that’s finally paying off, maybe, this is their year.
Royce’s blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and commitment to quality has made him a cornerstone of WTW’s continued success.
Peter Hoogervorst
Kumeu Plumbing Branch Manager
Peter Hoogervorst brings a depth of experience and global perspective to Water To Waste Plumbing & Drainage. Originally from South Africa, Peter worked in the plumbing industry there for over 22 years, not only as a hands-on plumber but also as a registered plumbing inspector; a role that sharpened his eye for detail, compliance, and top-quality workmanship.
Since relocating to New Zealand, Peter has spent the past six years embedded in the NZ plumbing industry, gaining local qualifications and building a strong reputation for his professionalism, technical expertise, and customer-first approach. His transition has been seamless, and his contribution to WTW; particularly in leading operations at the Kumeu branch (WTW2); has been invaluable.
Peter’s wealth of knowledge across both commercial and residential plumbing makes him a trusted advisor to clients and a mentor to team members. He takes pride in delivering reliable solutions with a calm, considered manner that customers appreciate.
And for the record; Peter insists that Boerewors is not a sausage.
Hayley Swindells
Group Operations & Office Manager
Hayley is the operational heartbeat of Water To Waste Plumbing & Drainage. As the Office Manager, Hayley ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly; from admin and scheduling to accounts, job bookings, follow-ups, and keeping the team on track.
With decades of experience across a variety of industries, Hayley brings unmatched organisation, intuition, and a cool head under pressure. Whether she’s acting as a personal assistant to the crew or a direct line of support for our customers, Hayley’s “get it done” attitude and attention to detail keep the whole ship moving forward.
She’s also the unofficial wrangler of the office dogs, an expert at reading messy handwriting, and a barista (that’s coffee, not law; although she’d probably be great at that too).
When it comes to running the office, the buck stops with Hayley; and the rest of us wouldn’t have it any other way.
